Membership

Joining as a member will incur a one time fee of RM500 where you will receive 50,000 points in your points account. The value of 50,000 points is worth RM500 which will allow you to rent or purchase our gown and dress.

The membership is open to everyone. Once become a member, there is no renewal required. Each member is considered as lifetime member and are bound to the terms set by the company.

Every RM1 spent (based on final amount paid) will earn a member 1 point. For redemption, you will need 100 points to redeem RM1 in value. Earned points through transaction (rent or purchase) have NO expiry date on the points. Points, however, CANNOT be converted to cash or any other form of value other than the value stated in the terms and conditions.

The RM500 voucher is converted to points (50,000), and will allow you to perform the redemption accordingly. You will be issued a payment receipt together with the RM500 paper voucher during membership signup. When you are ready to redeem the RM500 voucher, please bring along:
 

1. The payment receipt
2. Original Copy of RM500 Voucher
3. I/C or Passport for verification

Yes. The RM500 voucher is transferable, however, the member must give consent for this transfer process to complete. The owner of the voucher (the member) are required to be present in the shop to perform the verification (with original IC or Passport) to complete transaction. Points will be deducted from the member’s point account for any redemption.

Yes. The expiry is one(1) year from the day it is issued (based on payment receipt).

Yes, you can partially use the amount from the RM500 voucher because the value of the voucher will be converted to points. Therefore, any transaction may utilize points to offset partial or the entire amount of the transaction, as part of the usual points redemption process. Points related to the RM500 voucher has a validity period of one(1) year from the date the receipt is issued.

The RM50 birthday voucher (once a year) can only be used to offset the transaction, either for rent or purchase of our gown. You will need to be present at our shop and notify our team of your request to use the RM50 birthday voucher.

Yes, you can. However, you need to be present at our shop to approve the redemption by allowing us to validate your IC number before the points can be deducted.

Yes, the birthday voucher not utilized will NOT be carried forward to next birthday year and will be forfeited. Member will only be entitled for one(1) RM50 birthday voucher before your next birthday.

To check point balance, please contact our team via email at support@rentagown.com.my and we will reply via email only. This process may take 5 working days. Please use the registered email to contact us and provide us with your full name and IC (last 6 digit) for verification purpose.

We reserved the rights to make any changes to the terms and conditions, including the member benefits, points calculation and the entire structure of how the membership works, at any time, without prior notice. Such changes will be updated to our website and we will make reasonable attempt to provide notification to existing member.
